At Simmer & Co., we believe real nourishment begins with the simplest things: time, care, and whole ingredients.

It started with a simple idea—that true wellness comes from real food, made slowly and with purpose. What began in our own kitchen, searching for something deeply restorative, became our mission: to revive the age-old tradition of slow-simmered bone soup.

We honor that tradition by simmering high-quality beef bones, tendons, and connective tissue for hours—never using powders, concentrates, preservatives, or fillers. No shortcuts. Just pure ingredients and patience.

Best Way to Serve
: Defrost soup pouch in a hot pot of water until thawed.  Pour soup out of the pouch and heat thoroughly. Add sea salt to taste and garnish with chopped green onions for a finish touch. Can also pair with glass noodles for a more filling meal. 

Complement with rice, Kimchi, Radish Kimchi for a complete and satisfying experience.

Best Way to Serve: Defrost the soup pouch in a pot of hot water until thawed.  Pour the soup into a pot and  heat thoroughly,  Cook the noodles separately in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of chewiness.  Combine the soup and noodles in a bowl and add spinach or your favorite green leafy vegetable. Garnish with green onion, cilantro or pickled mustard greens.  For a heartier meal, enjoy with a side of rice. Add chili sauce for extra spice.
